Rob Bickell - Owner
Rob has worked in the design and marketing industry since 1994. He has extensive experience in delivering effective creative and marketing solutions for brands, products and businesses. As well as pure business development, he has worked as an Account Director on many FMCG brands and products for Nestle, Thermos and Reckitt Benckiser. Since 2006, he has worked closely and successfully with Steve Lynn delivering a full service provision to Sussex County Cricket Club, RDF Group, Rivervale Mercedes and Handcross Park School to name but a few. The business has recently expanded and now includes Liza and Max, and the team’s most recent successes have included designing branding and provided content for new businesses and also those wanting to modernise their image and content ensuring they stay at the top of their sectors.
Steve Lynn - Head of Design
Steve has worked in the design industry for over 25 years on numerous aspects of design including branding, marketing and packaging. During this time he has worked on many brands and products such as First Choice Ski, Carlton Publishing, STA Travel and Front Row Events. He has worked closely with Rob Bickell for the past 15 years delivering a full design service to clients such as LMA, Sussex County Cricket Club, Mayo Wynne Baxter and Hurst College plus many more. More recently, he has worked closely with Rob and Liza on numerous start up businesses’ giving their new brands and websites a fresh and professional look with first-class design and content.
Liza Laws - Head of Content
Liza is highly skilled at turning complex copy into light, informative, easy to digest pieces. She provides content for websites, writes articles, blogs and marketing material and can turn her hand to all other forms of communication. She is adept at managing social media accounts and knows how to draw an audience. She is experienced with search engine optimisation (SEO) and can pick out the key words needed to make your business stand out. Liza qualified as a journalist in 2004 and has been writing professionally ever since. She has experience of writing for national and regional newspapers, glossy magazines and has worked as a PR manager for a nine-office law firm. For the last four years she has been successfully freelancing managing a broad range of projects for businesses, charities and a variety of publications.
